Shipping Terms & Conditions:

In-stock  items are usually shipped within 2-4 business days of your order unless you specify a later ship date.  We try to have all items in stock, however depending on the demand we may need to print or fire more pieces for you, which will add about a week.   Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority, FedEx  or FedEx Home Delivery . Please make sure that your correct shipping address is entered  in order to avoid costly address correction requests with our shipping companies.  Please also make sure that we have your correct e-mail and phone number in case we need to contact you for further information.

We will notify you promptly of the items that are out of stock. You will have the option to keep your order in a back-order status, receive store credit, or have your purchase refunded.

Inventory and Stock Information:

Mini Giclees and dinnerware:  We strive to be fully stocked with dinnerware and mini giclees at all times.   We watch those stock levels closely with stock alarms, and create those items that are running short first.  If we find out after you place your order that we don’t have your item(s) in stock, or the last one in the warehouse is broken,  we will let you know right away (within 24 business hours) to let you know there will be a delay and how long it will be. We can usually create our products within one week if we are short, so you will never have to wait very long. Larger Giclees:  We usually don’t have the exact size giclee you may want. We can usually print, stretch and ship giclees within two weeks of your order. Originals:  Original paintings may be in Kim’s studio, or may be in an art gallery in the Bahamas.  It may take us some time to arrange shipment of originals, so it is always best to inquire on the whereabouts of originals before you order.  Of course, if you commission a piece Kim will discuss timing and delivery with you.  Commissions are worked out via phone, person or email. If you have special instructions regarding the shipping, drop us a line and we will see what we can do. One of our major advantages is that we are a small company and we can pay attention to the small details of your order.

We DROPSHIP!

We are all set up to drop ship for you.  To set up a dropship account, please email Kim.

Dropship pricing –  We carry the inventory in our warehouse for you, and you don’t have to pay for us to ship to you, so our dropship price is a little higher than our wholesale price.   Dropship pricing is approximately 20% over wholesale, or 60% of MSRP.

Minimum Order Sizes – If you are a new customer and only want a dropship account (no wholesale account), we  have a minimum initial order size, which is the lowest amount you have to purchase for your first order. We do this in order to filter out window-shopping merchants and retail shoppers that want a wholesale price.  You can make a $500 initial order to qualify for drop shipping, or prepay $500 for a credit which will be applied to your first orders.

Shipping  –  You collect the shipping from your customer, we will charge you shipping using the shipping chart below.

Summary – So, after we ship the product to your customer, we will invoice you for
1.  dropship price – approx 20% over wholesale,  approx 60% of retail.
2. shipping charge based on our table below

Expedited Shipping:

We are not able to offer expedited shipping on many of our items, but do try to accomodate our customers as best we can.

Please contact customer service via e-mail: kim@rody.com  if express service is required. If e-mailing, please indicate the item(s) that you are interested in, and a ship-to address so that we can accurately calculate your cost. A customer service representative will call or email you with express shipping options and costs for your approval, prior to completing the processing of your order.

Returns:

We want you and your customers to love love love the items you order.  If something arrives broken, please contact us as soon as possible.  We want to know if our shippers are doing a good job or not.  We may ask for a picture, or for you to return the item(s), depending on the situation.

If something is JUST NOT WORKING on your first buy from us, we will exchange with no restocking fee for full credit.

If you want to exchange product once you have made a second buy, there is a 25% restocking fee, and exchange will be made for credit.

For our Island Shops:

If your store is in the Caribbean, we will ship to your US freight forwarding company on our dime.  You will be responsible for shipping,  freight or duty charges beyond that point.  Please provide your freight forwarding information, as well as any documents you need us to prepare to send with the order.

Flat shipping rates:

Shipping costs for orders placed online are calculated automatically based on your merchandise order total.
